eThekwini / Durban is poised for massive economic growth from several catalytic projects that are underway and progressing well. 

Large-scale spatial transformation projects are being rolled out in the eThekwini Municipality, in partnership with the private sector. The investment value of these projects are usually more than R500-million and they contribute substantially to creating opportunities for investors, employment and growing the local economy.
