1. Siyabuswa Retail Centre

Siyabuswa is a town in the north of Mpumalanga, near the Limpopo border. The Siyabuswa Retail Centre is to be upgraded.

The refurbishment of Siyabuswa Retail Centre in Dr JS Moroka Local Municipality is proposed. This centre is a 5 459m² OK Foods-anchored convenience retail centre, catering to a primary catchment of 27 455 households. This is a co-development with Mpumalanga Economic Growth Agency (MEGA).

    2. Kabokweni Shopping Centre

    The town of Kabokweni is located near to the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport and the Kruger National Park. The route to the park is often lined with vendors selling fruit and vegetables.

    The project entails the development of a retail node that includes a taxi rank, petrol service station, long distance bus stop, motor repair centre, tyre repair centre, second hand car dealership, food outlets, a truck stop and a retail outlet on a 20ha piece of land.
