Emfuleni Hippos Nest

Core Business: Compile a market-feasibility assessment for a Recreational Park in the City of Mbombela. The Park will accommodate training, team-building and social events, and outdoor activities such as pools, go-carting, jungle gym and rock climbing.

Funding: R3.4-million


Project 2

Greenfingers Property (Pty) Ltd t/a Magic Gardens

Core Business: Fantasy gardens including walks through thousands of exotic orchids, themed forests, fruit orchards, herb and vegetable gardens, themed arts and crafts galleries, themed restaurant, honey wine and beer brewery and themed biscuit factory/bakery and children’s rides with large swimming pool and slide. Big Red Barn to function as wedding and conference venue.

Funding: R86-million

Hilltop Cabin (Pty) Ltd

Core Business: To provide professional services for Hilltop Cabin Hub development. This encompasses several businesses.
