What Is the WomenIN Festival?
The WomenIN Festival, part of the WomenIN movement (WiN) under the VUKA Group banner, is a flagship annual event—and a movement in itself—that brings together women and allies from across Africa to catalyse lasting change. It’s a celebration of leadership, collaboration, entrepreneurship, and social impact rooted in cross-sector, intersectional empowerment.
WiN’s core mission is to break down silos: it actively integrates male allies and various industries, creating inclusive spaces where women can thrive holistically—professionally, personally, and sustainably
