Southern Sun is set to operate its first-ever branded hotel residences at the iconic Oceans Umhlanga development — a R5-billion mixed-use project redefining luxury on the KZN coastline.
The Southern Sun Hotel & Residences Oceans Umhlanga will feature:
- ±200 hotel rooms
- 80 residences for short- and long-term stays
This four-star addition will be housed in the South Tower of the development, with completion expected by late 2027.
