Tshieng Diamonds (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black owned diamond cutting and polishing company founded in 2021 by Mr Moshe Reseipone, in the city of Kimberley, South Africa.
The founder of Tshieng Diamonds is a qualified diamond evaluator and diamond polisher who studied at Kimberley International Diamond and Jewellery Academy (KIDJA) and has been in the diamond industry for the past 7 years. Mr Reseipone has obtained a Diamond Polishing Cross Work and -brillianteering, Rough Diamond Evaluation and Beneficiation license that allows the company to buy rough diamonds through the State Diamond Trader and obtain certification for the diamonds from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) after being polished.
Mr Moshe Raseipone has also obtained a certificate for basic financial management training from SEDA, a certificate in project management and project integration management from Evers Xcellence, a Management Consulting Certificate for Costing and Pricing Training and a certificate in Business Management at IALE Institute.
The company’s goal is to operate the biggest diamond cutting and polishing factory in South Africa and be one of the key players within the South African diamond industry by offering its services to local mines and state-owned institutes and creating employment and providing sustainable jobs to competent unemployed diamond and jewellery manufactures.
