Over the past eight years, African Ports and Rail Evolution has grown to be the continent’s premier meeting place for the transport and logistics industry. From 15 – 16 October 2019, African Ports and Rail Evolution will once again accelerate new business opportunities in the ports and rail sectors.

The two-day event, taking place at the Durban ICC, features sought-after African and international speakers to discuss strategic and technical topics.

The 2019 event features:

African Ports and Rail Evolution will co-locate with KZN Export Week – hosted by Trade and Investment KwaZulu-Natal, developed to promote KwaZulu-Natal’s export businesses and industries, as well as Drone Con, the largest annual drone conference in Africa. The Women in Transport Awards will once again be hosted at African Ports and Rail Evolution. The Awards is a collaborative platform dedicated to recognising excellence within the transport industry in Africa.

All these events will be under one roof and bring together more than 700 high level delegates across three conferences, more than 100 exhibitors from around the world showcasing the latest technologies and solutions and over 3000 visitors with access to technical workshops and demonstrations.

Furthermore, the Durban Chamber of Commerce & Industry will host the KZN Exporter of the Year Awards where small, medium and large exporters from a variety of sectors will be recognised for their contribution to industry.
