Speakers:

  • Dr Mark Bussin, the Chairman of 21st Century,  will be introducing the topic. Dr Bussin is a  renowned Remuneration expert and author, and an advisor to blue-chip companies and government. All delegates will receive a free copy of Dr Bussin’s book, ‘OD for Uber times’, a practical handbook for structuring organisations in rapid times of change.
  • Bongani Nhlapo and Morris Lamani, both experts in the field of Organisational Development, will then discuss organisation strategy and anticipating the future, and the application of Organisational Development and Design.
  • The floor will then be opened for questions/discussion.
